The verification company issued a refund to you for one of the following reasons:

1) They received a notification from PayPal that the charge was unauthorized or another reason
2) They (or we) received a message from you that you wanted a refund
3) They (or we) received a message from you that you were not happy

If any of these things happen, it is their policy is to issue a full refund of the $9.95 verification fee.
